This in-person day long retreat will include ample time for meditation and periods of restful silence as well as dharma talks and discussion, focused on awakening, teachings and community.
Buddha (awakened one), Dharma (teachings), and Sangha (community), together form the refuge of living Buddhism. How do we bring these ancient teachings to life with ever more meaningful expression? The practice of meditation cultivates the mind ground that makes realization possible. In the midst of everyday activity, supported by our connections, we can take refuge in the three jewels of a shining practice, refining our ability to face the challenges of this precious life.
