The Practice of Doing Nothing at All (Online)
Join me in the exploration and practice of Shikantaza or Just Sitting meditation.
Our practice will include sitting and walking meditation, a dharma talk and time for questions and discussion.
The art of just sitting meditation provides the opportunity to directly touch the heart-mind. In going beyond method, we allow present experience to reveal itself. In doing nothing at all, self-constructions that we perceive as hindrances can be dissolved. In this half day meeting we will practice the subtle and profound art of zen just sitting.
This class offers the opportunity for focused, in-depth meditation. It is suitable for practitioners of all experience levels.
