The Triple Refuge
Awakening, Teachings, & Community
A Three-Part Series
Tuesdays: November 21st, November 28th, and December 5th
6:00PM – 8:30PM
This 3-part online retreat will include ample time for meditation and periods of restful silence as well as dharma talks and discussion focused on awakening, teachings and community. Attending the whole series is recommended, with drop-ins for single classes also available.
Buddha (awakening), Dharma (teachings), and the Sangha (community), together form the refuge of living Buddhism. How do we bring these ancient teachings to life with meaningful expression? Our steady practice of meditation cultivates the realization of present awareness. In the midst of everyday activity, supported by our connections, we can take refuge in the three jewels of a shining practice, refining our ability to face the challenges of this precious life with open hearts and open minds.
